Momentum Elevation Private AI Team Installation

I build your AI team.So the business stopsrunning through you.

For established founders who already use AI, but still carry the memory, context, review, and decisions the business needs to move.

I review fit first, lead the Founder Clarity Strategy Session, deliver your written Business Clarity Blueprint before payment, then build and host the managed OpenClaw and/or Hermes agent team if we both agree it fits.

Limited managed capacity: normally up to three new clients per month, never more than five.

Application first

No public checkout. Fit is reviewed before money changes hands.

Blueprint before payment

You keep the written clarity document whether or not we build.

Private build only if it fits

Machine, agents, workflows, and monthly management are confirmed after the Blueprint.

The Four Paths

There are four ways to approach AI.

Only one turns AI into a system you can actually delegate to.

The problem is not that you lack AI access. The problem is that the access has not become a working system inside the business.

  1. Path 1

    Keep collecting AI tools.

You can keep adding subscriptions, prompts, browser tabs, and courses.

But the business still waits for you to turn those tools into actual work.

    More access. Same bottleneck.

  2. Path 2

    Try to build it yourself.

This can work if you love the technical setup and have time to maintain it.

For most founders, it becomes another project sitting on top of an already full week.

    More control. More burden.

  3. Path 3

Hire someone to automate a few tasks.

A few automations can help, but they often miss the deeper issue.

Your business does not only need tasks connected. It needs your context, standards, voice, and judgment captured clearly enough to support the work.

Some help. Not a real system.

The Fourth Path

A private AI team built around how you actually work.

I build the system around your real business: what you sell, how you communicate, what your clients expect, what your team asks you for, and what keeps landing back on your desk.

Your AI team can help with research, drafting, summaries, inbox triage, planning, content, preparation, and follow-up. It does not replace you. It gives the work somewhere to go before it needs your final judgment.

Context

The system is shaped around your real business.

Access

You delegate through Telegram, not another dashboard.

Rhythm

The system is managed, reviewed, and improved monthly.

Prompting asks AI for answers. Delegation gives work a place to go.

The First Deliverable

Before I build the system, I build the business map.

Most AI projects begin with tools. This one begins with truth: who your customer is, what they are really buying, what your business should be known for, and which work should stop living in your head first.

The strategy session has value by itself. If you decide not to move forward, you still leave with the document and can use it in your marketing, sales, team communication, offers, content, and future AI work.

Minute strategy session

The Business Clarity Blueprint turns one call into a written strategy asset.

This is not a normal discovery call. I ask the strategic questions that reveal the customer, the pain, the offer, the buying psychology, the positioning, the voice, and the first AI use cases worth installing.

  • Who your real customer is and what they are carrying before they buy.
  • What they are actually buying when they choose you.
  • The internal dialogue, fears, objections, and hopes shaping the decision.
  • What separates you from competitors in plain language.
  • Your positioning, message, and brand voice.
  • The first AI leverage points that should be installed before anything else.
Ordinary Discovery

A normal discovery call collects enough information to sell you something.

A normal AI project starts with tools, integrations, and features.

A normal proposal tells you what the vendor can build.

Business Clarity Blueprint

This creates a written Business Clarity Blueprint you can keep, use, and build from whether or not we install the system.

This starts with your customer, offer, positioning, voice, fears, objections, outcomes, and the work that should stop coming back to you.

This shows what should be built first for your actual business, and why.

You keep the blueprint whether or not we build the private AI team. That is why the conversation has value before any payment is made.

The Process

From application to running system.

No public checkout. Fit comes first.

Step 1

Application

You tell me what you have built, what still depends too much on you, what you have tried with AI, and what you want the system to handle first.

Step 2

Review

I review the application before money changes hands. If this is not the right path, I will say that clearly.

Step 3

Founder Clarity Strategy Session

This is not a normal sales call. I personally ask the strategic questions that reveal how your business actually works, why customers choose you, where pressure is trapped, and what AI should support first.

  • We cover your customer, offer, positioning, competitors, voice, objections, desired outcomes, bottlenecks, and current AI attempts.
  • I am listening for the operating pattern underneath the symptoms: where context is trapped, where decisions stall, and where the business keeps handing work back to you.
  • Your answers become the raw material for a written 10-section Business Clarity Blueprint.
Step 4

Business Clarity Blueprint delivered

After the interview, I turn your answers into a written Business Clarity Blueprint. This is a real strategy asset, not meeting notes. You receive it whether or not you continue into the private build.

  • Who your customers really are.
  • What they are actually buying when they choose you.
  • The internal dialogue running through their head before they decide.
  • What separates you from competitors.
  • Your real positioning and brand voice.
  • The first places an AI team could remove pressure from the business.
Step 5

Private build recommendation

Once the Business Clarity Blueprint is clear, I show you what I would build first and why. This is where the machine, workflows, agent roles, monthly boundaries, cancellation options, and onboarding path become specific.

  • If I do not believe the managed build is the right move, I will say so plainly.
  • I only take a small number of managed clients because the build and monthly improvement require real attention.
  • If the recommendation makes sense to both of us, I confirm scope, terms, and timeline before payment.
  • Only then do you pay the $5,000 setup fee and start the $997/month managed relationship.
Step 6

Machine, build, and handoff

The setup includes the dedicated managed machine for your private AI team, then the OpenClaw and/or Hermes agent build around your first agreed use cases.

  • Dedicated managed machine included, typically a Mac mini or equivalent selected for the workload.
  • The machine is hosted and managed by me through Momentum Elevation. This is not a client-hosted service.
  • Private OpenClaw and/or Hermes agent setup on that machine for your first agreed use cases.
  • Agent roles around your real bottlenecks.
  • Context for your offers, clients, voice, standards, and preferences.
  • Telegram-based access so you can delegate without opening another dashboard.
  • Handoff call so you know what to send, review, approve, and correct.
Step 7

Monthly management

We keep the system useful after the first build. We review what is working, what is ignored, what needs correction, and what should be improved next.

The goal is not to sell every founder. The goal is to build systems that actually get used.

The Setup Investment

The $5,000 setup is not buying access. It is buying the first working system.

Machine, discovery, strategy, installation, first workflows, testing, handoff, and the operating context that makes the AI useful.

These numbers are conservative on purpose. You are not comparing $5,000 to another subscription. You are comparing it to the real work required to turn AI into a private operating layer for your business.

Business Clarity Blueprint

A 45-minute founder interview where I ask the questions most owners never slow down long enough to answer, then turn your answers into a 10-section clarity document for your customer, offer, positioning, voice, objections, outcomes, and first AI leverage points. You keep this whether or not we build.

$4,500
Dedicated managed machine

A Mac mini or equivalent machine selected for the workload, configured for the private build, and hosted by me through Momentum Elevation as part of the managed service.

$1,000
Private OpenClaw and/or Hermes agent layer

The technical install, base configuration, access structure, model/API setup, and first OpenClaw and/or Hermes agent operating layer so you are not left with another blank tool to figure out.

$4,200
Business context and voice system

Your offers, customers, standards, language, decision rules, examples, and brand voice are organized so the AI team starts from your world, not a cold prompt window.

$3,200
First agent roles and workflows

Initial roles and workflows are built around the pressure points we choose first: research, content, inbox support, planning, client communication, internal context, or whatever keeps returning to you.

$6,500
Telegram command layer and handoff

Simple access from your phone, practical delegation paths, testing, and a handoff so you know what to send, review, approve, and correct.

$2,000
Verification and launch stabilization

The first build is checked, refined, and made usable before the monthly management rhythm begins. The goal is an installed system, not a nice demo.

$2,700
Client Bonus
Momentum Performance AI

Active managed clients receive private access to my AI coaching clone, built from my studies, frameworks, high-performance coaching insights, mindset work, and founder operating perspective. You can chat with it, ask questions, or call in and talk through stuck points any time you need a sharper, world-class high-performance solution.

$2,400
Conservative installed value

$26,500

$24,100 in core install value plus the $2,400 client bonus. Conservative on purpose, so the offer feels serious instead of inflated.

Your setup after mutual fit

$5,000

One-time setup after the application, review, Founder Clarity Strategy Session, written blueprint, build recommendation, and mutual fit decision.

Before payment

You receive the blueprint first.

Application, review, Founder Clarity Strategy Session, written Business Clarity Blueprint, and build recommendation happen before the setup payment.

Setup

$5,000 one time.

This covers the first build: machine, private OpenClaw and/or Hermes agent setup, context, first agent roles, workflows, testing, handoff, and onboarding.

Management

$997/month, separate.

The monthly begins after acceptance and onboarding. It keeps the machine, context, workflows, boundaries, and improvement rhythm alive.

You know the scope, machine plan, monthly rhythm, ownership terms, and cancellation options before you pay. If the build does not make sense after the Blueprint, we do not force it.

Managed Monthly

Built once. Improved in rhythm.

The setup fee buys the first build. The monthly management keeps the system useful as the business changes.

01

Keep it running.

The dedicated machine, updates, monitoring, backups, and technical upkeep are handled for you so the OpenClaw and/or Hermes agent system does not become another thing on your plate.

02

Keep it current.

Your offers, standards, voice, clients, and priorities change. The system needs to change with them.

03

Improve what gets used.

We tune around real behavior: what you use, what you ignore, what you correct, and what needs to be easier.

04

Add the right next workflow.

As the business reveals the next bottleneck, we improve the agreed system instead of throwing random automations at it.

05

Protect clear boundaries.

Before payment, we clarify what is included, what is not, what happens if you cancel, what gets exported, and what it would take to migrate or transfer the machine later.

06

Stay founder-first.

The goal is not to make you technical. The goal is to give work a place to go while you keep the judgment.

What You Are Really Buying

You are not paying for another tool. You are paying to stop being the person who has to make every tool useful.

Qualifier

This is for founders who have become the bottleneck in their own business.

This is for you if
  • You run a real business and too many decisions still come back to you.
  • You have tried AI, but it has not become part of how the business actually runs.
  • Your team, clients, content, research, inbox, or planning still depend too much on your memory and review.
  • You want the system built around your business, your voice, and your standards.
  • You want a managed path because you do not want to become the technician.
  • You are willing to slow down for discovery so the build fits the real business.
This is not for you if
  • You want a cheap AI subscription with no human implementation.
  • You want guaranteed revenue, guaranteed time savings, or hype.
  • You want to skip discovery and buy instantly.
  • You do not want to share enough context for the system to understand the business.
  • You want AI to replace your judgment instead of supporting it.
  • You would rather self-install and maintain the technical system yourself.
The Signal

If your business still runs through your memory, your voice, and your review queue, this is the conversation.

Truth First

This is a serious build, not an AI fantasy.

I will not promise guaranteed revenue. I will not tell you every business needs this. I will not pretend a private AI team removes the need for leadership.

The reason this is fit-based is because the work is close to the center of the business. It touches context, communication, decisions, clients, and trust.

If it is right, we build carefully. If it is not right, I will point you to the simpler path.

More leverage. Less self-abandonment.

Questions Before You Apply

Clear answers. No checkout pressure.

Is this a checkout product?

No. This is not like the $197 self-install path.

Momentum Elevation's private AI team build is application first. The path is page, application, review, Founder Clarity Strategy Session, Business Clarity Blueprint, build recommendation, fit decision, payment, then onboarding.

What happens on the strategy session?

It is a 45-minute Founder Clarity Strategy Session, not a generic sales call.

I ask strategic questions about your business, customers, offer, competitors, positioning, voice, objections, outcomes, and bottlenecks. Then your answers go through my clarity workflow and become your written Business Clarity Blueprint.

You keep that document whether or not you move forward. It gives you clarity on who your customers really are, what they are buying when they choose you, the internal dialogue running through their head, what separates you from competitors, your positioning, your brand voice, and the first leverage points for the business.

When do I pay?

Not before the application, review, Founder Clarity Strategy Session, and Business Clarity Blueprint.

After you receive the Business Clarity Blueprint, I show you what I would build from it. If we both agree the managed build is the right move, then we confirm scope, machine terms, monthly boundaries, cancellation options, and payment.

Why do I have to apply first?

Because a private AI system touches important parts of the business: context, files, workflows, client nuance, communication, and decisions.

Fit protects both sides. I do not want you buying something that is not right for your stage, your needs, or your trust level.

What are OpenClaw and Hermes?

OpenClaw and Hermes are agent systems I can use inside the managed build. Depending on what your business needs, the private AI team may use an OpenClaw agent, a Hermes agent, or both.

You are not buying raw software access or a generic prompt pack. You are buying the Momentum Elevation managed installation: the clarity work, dedicated managed machine, agent setup, business context, first workflows, testing, handoff, hosting, and monthly improvement.

What does the $5,000 setup cover?

The setup covers the first build: Business Clarity Blueprint, system design, the managed machine, OpenClaw and/or Hermes agent setup, agent roles, context loading, first workflows, verification, and handoff.

The $5,000 is a one-time setup fee. It does not include the $997/month management fee. The monthly starts only after you are accepted and the engagement begins.

The exact scope is confirmed after the Business Clarity Blueprint and build recommendation, before payment.

Is the machine included?

Yes. The setup includes a dedicated managed machine for your private AI team, typically a Mac mini or equivalent computer selected for your workload.

The machine is hosted and managed by me through Momentum Elevation. That is part of the offer: you do not take on the hosting, updates, monitoring, or troubleshooting.

If you cancel later, you receive the work package we created: files, documents, identity assets, memory, configurations, custom agents, and relevant setup notes. The hardware is not automatically included. If you specifically want the managed machine transferred out of Momentum Elevation, there is a $500 one-time transfer and arrangement fee.

What does the $997/month cover?

The monthly fee keeps the system useful. It covers management, optimization, context updates, support boundaries, and improvements to the system we agreed to build.

You are not paying for vague support. You are paying so the system does not become another abandoned tool.

What happens if I cancel the monthly?

You can cancel the monthly management anytime.

When the monthly ends, the managed service ends: hosting, management, updates, monitoring, context refinement, workflow improvement, and support are no longer active.

You still keep the work package created during the engagement: files, documents, identity assets, memory, configurations, custom agents, and relevant setup notes. The value we built does not disappear just because the monthly management ends.

The hardware is not automatically included when you cancel. If you specifically want the managed machine transferred out of Momentum Elevation, there is a $500 one-time transfer and arrangement fee.

Will AI make decisions for me?

No. This is not about replacing your judgment.

The system helps with the first layer of work: research, drafting, summaries, triage, preparation, and follow-up. You still decide what matters.

What happens if I am not accepted?

I will tell you directly. If a simpler path is better, I will point you there.

The point is not to force every founder into a premium build. The point is to build the right system for the right founder at the right stage.

How many clients do you take?

This is intentionally limited. I normally take up to three new managed clients per month, and never more than five.

The reason is simple: the install, clarity work, machine management, context refinement, and monthly improvement require real attention. If I cannot support the system properly, I should not sell it.

Stop being the system.
Start leading it.

The goal is not more AI noise. The goal is a business that runs cleaner, with a founder who can finally breathe.

$5,000 one-time setup fee, including the dedicated managed machine. $997/month for ongoing management after acceptance and onboarding. Fit-based application.

Private Review

Tell me where the business still runs through you.

I review the application personally. If the premium build is not the right move, I will say that clearly. If it is worth a serious conversation, we move into the Founder Clarity Strategy Session.
